Clear information about buying KaedePath Pro and AI credits, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to and who you are buying from. Read this together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Who you are buying from
KaedePath is the seller. Add your registered business or trading name, a geographic contact address, and any company or VAT registration number here — these details are required when selling to consumers. You can reach us at support.kotoba@gmail.com.
What we sell
- KaedePath Pro — a subscription that unlocks the AI features (Generate Cards, Conversation and voice practice, AI grammar help, and Analyze), including a monthly allowance of AI credits.
- Top-up credits — optional one-off purchases of additional AI credits that do not expire and are used only after your monthly allowance is exhausted.
KaedePath is a digital service delivered through our app and website.
Prices and payment
Add the price and currency of KaedePath Pro (for example per month or per year) and the price per top-up block, and state whether tax or VAT is included. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
Renewal and cancellation
KaedePath Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & AI usage; you will keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Top-up credits are one-off purchases and do not renew.
Refunds and your right to cancel
Set out your refund policy here. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase; however, because KaedePath is a digital service supplied immediately, by purchasing you may agree to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose this cancellation right once we have begun supplying the service. Top-up credits, once added to your account, are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Make sure this reflects how you actually operate.
Delivery
Access is granted digitally and is available as soon as your payment is confirmed.

A note while we finish setting up billing
Online payments are not enabled in KaedePath yet. Until they are, changing your plan or adding credits in the app is for testing only and no money is taken. We will update this page before any real payments are processed.
